Ar.hitech Design Studio was established in 2011 by architect Riana Agapiou, as a creative platform dedicated to thoughtful, functional, and timeless design.
Based in Tseri, Nicosia, Cyprus, the studio specializes in residential and commercial architecture, interior design, and renovations — delivering projects from concept to completion with attention to detail and a strong client-focused approach.

With over 20 years of experience in architecture, design, and project management, Riana combines technical precision with artistic vision. Her background includes studies at the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki – School of Architecture, and a diverse portfolio ranging from private residences to multi-unit developments and commercial spaces.

Beyond architecture, her entrepreneurial experience has strengthened her skills in creativity, organization, and business strategy — shaping a holistic understanding of how design enhances both everyday life and professional environments.
